This is book 2 of the Taken, Torn, Twisted Trilogy.

Taking her is my right.

Breaking her, my duty.

I was always going to choose Helena. I knew it the instant I saw her.

She’s different than the others. There’s a darkness about her. Something wild inside her. And it calls to the beast inside me.

But she isn’t what I expect. With every word and every touch, she pushes me, burrows deep under my skin, challenging the rules, upending history.

And all the while, I see how my brother watches her. He wants her, and as the rules stand, she’ll become his in one year’s time.

Except that I have no intention of giving her up.

This book is so so good. This whole series is different, at times heartbreaking, but I love the solution of generations of abuse.Don’t miss this series.

I like this story. Sebastian and Helena have chemistry; I'm glad that they get an HEA. This story has action, drama, violence, and plenty of emotion.

This was a wild ride and somewhat twisted story. Helena and Sebastian’s story was quite the emotional roller coaster ride. The things that happened between Helena, Sebastian and Gregory had my emotions all over the place. I was shocked by what Gregory did and what it meant but I guess I’ll find out in the third book.Overall this was a good duet and Helena and Sebastian are one couple I want soon forget. I highly recommend it if you like dark and twisted romance stories. I give it two thumbs up!!!

This is book two in the Dark Legacy Trilogy and will still leave you with questions at the end, which I hope will be answered in the third book. Helena Willow just wants to find a way to end the cycle where the Scafoni men come and take a Willow girl in order to break her over the next three years. It seems there is so much more to this whole tradition and it seems to cause so many problems along the way. Sebastian Scafoni chooses Helena as the Willow girl but it seems he has no intentions of following the tradition because he does not want to share his Willow Girl with his brothers. This causes major problems and in the end Sebastian may have to hurt Helena in order to save her. This book is not the end of the story so be prepared to still have questions. I am looking forward to book three, Twisted to see if it all works out.

Beware of trigger warnings. This author is great but this series is really dark. I'm very glad it ended at two books. I will read the next book as it is a part of this series but i really hope it's not about this couple. Anyway, yes it's dark but a good read n so far HEA.

Good ! I didn’t know which direction this book would go with all the back and fourth between the brothers and how torn Helene seemed to become between the two but I enjoyed the ending .

I’m used to the sequel never living up to the first book…. But this book definitely was not one of those. Holy moly this was a fast read and a page turner!! Love love love

Torn - this title couldn't be more accurate. Helena and Sebastian are continuing their love story thru the pages, but the author doesn't slow down... Torn is full of unexpected and surprising twists and turns. From the page 1 it's was journey into dark romance world, and I won't lie - I felt like this book is testing my limits. Right now after seeing The End in front of my eyes, I can say one this - this uniqe story is a must read!

Sick and twisted, these two had a hell of a ride. I was hoping for a bit more of context before they said the L word honestly, to me it was like so sudden the change but I think it was great. I loved the story, Gregory makes my heart hurt so much. I can't wait to read his book. I definitely recommend this duo. Enjoy reading!!!!

Like potato chips, you can't have just one. In this case, you even three books aren't enough. I want more! I had such emotion for the characters and their journey. The story starts out from a different landing spot and weaves mystery, intrigue, bad actors, and dark romance into a well written series. I admit to reading all three non stop until the end. I am happy that Gregory got his own book. Just wished he started a family of his own. Jfk

It's the ending for me. But I won't ruin it for everyone else. This series has been great. Its not as gruesome as one reviewer said.. Now on to book 3.

This series was a little strange to me. I liked the first book because it set the stage for the Willow/Scafoni curse. Both families were beyond twisted and dysfunctional. The second book was just okay. The internal battle that was going on between Sebastian and Gregory did not impress me. Helena was a pawn, and even though she was feisty it almost seemed she just accepted her fate and literally laid back and took whatever mess these two were doing to her. I do like the author very much, but this series left me feeling a little like "What in the world did I just read?"

Really Good! The storyline is intriguing and there were certain situations I was like "really? Why???"Many were against Sebastian and Helena and the whole situation they were creating but it kept my emotions high and I was dying to get to the end to see what happens.

I read book 1 in an anthology and just had to get the next part. I have to say this book endeared me to Gregory and made me want more of him and dare I say, kinda wanted Helena to pick him. The ending fe a little flat for me, but I still enjoyed the book and will be buying Gregory's book and binging it now!

I loved this book, this series, and everything I've read written by Ms knight. I cannot wait to read the next book by her.

This series is different and it’s good.Like the old way in modern times. Lots of villains fighting their way to be good. Lot of anger and fight to resist. The main characters go through a lot to find their way

Ms. Knight’s novels are penned in a lucrative realm of dark and dangerous, intense blazing passion, leaving readers hypnotized and grasping for more, addicted to her every word.Natasha’s heroines are spirited, feisty, confident, foxy women, who are capable of rising to their rightful seats as queens to their kings, standing side by side, as formable informants conquering and diminishing their common enemies. The heroes are powerful, intense, vigorous, and determined men thinking they have the upper hand seducing their prey, trying to bend her with what they have envisioned, yet all know in the game of tug of war there can only be one winner. Guess who wins?I highly recommended all of Natasha Knight books these are my favorites:**“Taken, Torn, Twisted,” (Dark Legacy Trilogy)**”Collateral & Damage: an Arranged Marriage Mafia Romance,” (Collateral Damage Duet)**”Salvatore, Dominic, & Sergio” (Benedetti Mafia Word)**”Descent,” (Standalone Dark Romance)**””Unholy: The Beginning,” (Novella - recently released 8/4/20 & FREE Limited Time)

I read book one in a Anthology. I needed to see how this story went. It was my favorite story in the Anthology so far. This book was awesome. I really dont think it would be for everyone. It may hold triggers for some. Trying to break the Willow curse Helena and Sebastian will stop at nothing for it to be over. Years of abuse and torture.

Okay this is hot but so dark it makes me gag. *spoiler* ......... what a sick bastard wants to do it in front of his own brother???? Sick, sick, sicko.

This book was okay. I was really looking forward to the conclusion of Helena and Sebastian's story. This was really intense. I wanted to like this story but what happened with Gregory was a deal breaker for me. It just had an icky factor that was off the charts. Especially since apparently he is going to get his own story with Helena's sister. Gregory was so selfish and cruel. It was all about jealousy with him. He could not think of anyone but himself for the majority of the story. He should have backed off once he realized his brother had real feelings for Helena. Instead he inserted himself into their relationship. There was no good reason for Gregory's behavior. How would he feel if Sebastian did the same thing to him? What if Sebastian started making demands? What really annoyed me was he gets away with it. Apparently he is getting his own girl. So he gets to have his cake and eat it to? Also, I would have liked to see Lucinda face real consequences for her behavior. I like fairness in a story, even a dark romance. This one just didn't deliver, at least for me.

Good series. Easier read then the first one. Helena and Sebastian along with Gregory are a dangerous played triangle that could have destroyed them all. Lots of twists can't wait to read the last of the series

Love how dark and depraved she can be. This book definitely has some triggers (not for me but I could see some for other) so be prepared.A dark story between two families who know their traditions are archaic but still follow them. Relationships form and although the Sebastian is dark and twisted Helena realizes she’s likes it just as much. They struggle to see each other for what they are; lovers, even after everything he has put her through. They find a way to break those traditions but at the cost of so much more.A great read if you’re looking for a dark and twisted time!

Overall, I was not a huge fan of this series. Nothing much happened and the reasons for things were absurd and just not enough. With more thought into the why's, I think the author could have made this great. I also didn't particularly like any characters. Helena wasn't anything special and Sebastian was never redeemed. Their relationship also didn't feel like anything. Nothing happened that should have changed feeling s. They were just suddenly "in love". Not believable.

Great story, though i would like to know more about how they finally threw the curs away... Maybe a dialog with those horrible parents
