I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY BOOKS
If you missed the link to download on my confirmation page, have no fear! Just after you received your emailed receipt you should have received an email from help@bookfunnel.com. If you did not, check your junk/spam folder.
Alternatively, you can login or create an account with BookFunnel where all your purchases will be if you use the same email address you used at check out. Click here to be redirected to their site.
If you didn’t receive a receipt and don’t see the purchases in your BookFunnel account, there’s a good chance you mistyped your email at checkout. Please email help@natasha-knight.com
with the correct email address and name you purchased the book(s) under and I can resend the links.
HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE AUDIOBOOKS?
When you buy an audiobook from me you can listen via the BookFunnel App.

No e-reader? No problem, my partner BookFunnel does offer you ways to read directly in your browser or to download a PDF file, which is viewable on almost all devices.

Still really want paperbacks? I get it! You can find all the available paperbacks here!
Alternatively, you can find paperbacks at most retailers.
If you’d like a refund, please contact my shop customer service within 5 days of your purchase at help@natasha-knight.comand I’d be glad to offer a refund if I can verify the books haven’t already been downloaded.
WHEN I CLICK MY DOWNLOAD LINK, IT SAYS IT HAS EXPIRED.
Links are only active for 2 weeks from the date of purchase due to BookFunnel's policy. If you email help@bookfunnel.com they can reset the links for you when you contact them with your order number & email address you used to purchase the books.
I CLICKED ON AN AD AND THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A DISCOUNT, BUT IT'S NOT THERE WHEN I CHECK OUT, OR MY COUPON CODE ISN'T WORKING
A couple of things could have happened here.
- Many of the links in my ads are specific to the deal offered. If you removed 1 or more of the items from the cart, it may no longer be available for the discount.
- If you’ve come to my store before, this could be a cache issue on your browser. We suggest trying the link in a private/incognito window to complete your purchase. OR try clearing your cache from your browser's settings.
CAN I STILL BUY YOUR BOOKS AT MY FAVORITE STORE?
The answer is yes! I’ll still be selling my books through all the usual retailers. Just go to your favorite store and enter the title you’re looking for! If the books are on my shop, they’ll be found at all major retailers too.
I also still have a number of books exclusively available at Kindle Unlimited.
